If you come across a serious bug or a performance issue that substantially affects the functionality of the theme, rest assured, we are here to assist you.

Refund Eligibility
  • Refund Window: Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This window allows you ample time to thoroughly test and experience the theme in your store environment.
  • Qualifying Issues: You are eligible for a refund if you discover a serious bug or a performance issue directly related to the theme that adversely affects your store's operation. To process a refund, we require a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots or documentation.
  • Issue Verification: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will verify the issue. If the problem is indeed due to a flaw in our theme, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Process
  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Note that refund requests must be made within the 30-day window. Requests made after this period, even if the issue qualifies, will not be eligible for a refund.
